We provide fast and tracked shipping across Europe and worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our hub.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also monitor your shipment anytime by visiting our "Track Your Order" page in the main menu. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking status to update.

For the vast majority of orders (especially within the EU), all taxes and VAT are already included at checkout. You won't face any hidden fees upon delivery.

It depends on the model. The AeroBeam B60 is IP67-rated — fully sealed and safe for brief submersion up to 1m. The GC12 uses military-grade TPU (the same material as inflatable kayaks) and handles rain, splashes, and heavy field use, though it isn't submersion-rated. The Perimeter GS10 is IP44-rated — built to handle rain and splashes from any direction, but not designed for submersion or prolonged downpour exposure. None of the AirGlow lineup is designed for underwater diving.
